Synopsis

This film tells the story of Liu Yifan, a student of the Yao nationality on the Sino-Vietnamese border in Yunnan, and Yang Yankai, a student of the Hani nationality, before and after the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic was released. Classmate Hani student Yang Yankai likes to interview and wants to become a reporter. The two formed intersections in interviews in their parallel lives, and observed the adult world and the world of the same age together in their own observations, telling about their growth. Although the flame of youth can burn very fiercely, loneliness and isolation are the norm for children in the border areas between China and Vietnam. Even in such a difficult environment, some children can still grow up strong, have a strong will and tenacious vitality, and can find the meaning and value of life in difficulties. The stories of different children continue to compare and move forward now and in the future, making people feel the value of life and the importance of courage.
